I started building as a kid with my family. From apprenticeship and experiences in heavy industry, commercial projects, and high-end finishing, my path has been diverse. What truly resonated with me was the vital role of human connections on job sites. It's not merely the skills we possess, but how we interact and treat one another that determines success or failure in our industry.

Witnessing talented individuals leave due to poor attitudes and workplace culture, I transitioned from fieldwork to training and development over 20 years ago. My goal: to cultivate teamwork and cooperation. I firmly believe in the power of choice - our ability to overcome flaws and challenges to collaborate effectively.
